ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This policy sets out what may not be sold, done, or facilitated through PickSpot and PickSend. It applies to all users — customers and merchants — and forms part of the Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement.
Prohibited goods
No one may create order requests for, sell, distribute, promote, facilitate, or purchase: illegal or legally restricted goods; counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods; weapons, ammunition, or explosives; controlled substances, illegal drugs, or paraphernalia; hazardous or dangerous materials; prescription or regulated products supplied without required approvals; goods that infringe others' intellectual property; or fraudulent or misrepresented goods or services.
Prohibited conduct
No user may: use the platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or deceptively; misrepresent their identity or provide false information; abuse refunds, failed-delivery protections, or other platform mechanisms; interfere with delivery, OTP, return, or tracking processes; circumvent fees, verification, or risk controls; harass, threaten, or abuse others; or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Prohibited payment use
Payment features may be used only to pay for, and receive settlement for, genuine orders. No user may launder money, finance illegal activity, process payments unconnected to a genuine order, move or store funds unrelated to an order, or structure transactions to evade limits, verification, or reporting. PickSpot does not provide wallets, stored-value accounts, or user-to-user transfers, and the platform may not be used as if it did.
Enforcement
We may verify identity and activity and review orders, order requests, communications, and settlement activity to detect breaches, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Where this policy is breached, we may — depending on the circumstances — cancel order requests, refuse, delay, or reverse transactions, delay or withhold settlement, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, report to partners or authorities, and preserve records. Outstanding obligations survive suspension or termination.
