Create A Delivery
Log in to the Picksend portal and enter parcel details—including destination, locker preference, parcel size, and the customer's phone number. You'll receive either a drop-off code or individual QR codes for each parcel, depending on your delivery method:
• Direct Drop-Off with Code:The parcel is picked up directly from your shop—either by your own rider or a Picksend on-demand rider booked through the portal. Using the drop-off code, they deliver the parcel straight to the customer's chosen locker.
• Bulk Drop-Off with QR Codes:For multiple deliveries, attach a unique QR code to each parcel. Drop all the parcels off yourself at a Picksend locker. Scan each QR one by one to open the correct compartment. Picksend riders will then deliver them to your customers' selected lockers.
